We want to get to know all about you and your experience. You will meet with two interviewers for up to 2 hours. While 2 hours sounds long, we encourage you to keep track of time as it often flies by.

Our team reviews applications daily and we're excited to review yours! If your experience and background align, our hiring team will reach out via LinkedIn InMail or email to discuss next steps. Due to an overwhelming amount of interest, not all applicants will receive a response.
If you receive an InMail response it will include a link to book your phone introduction and complete an assessment. Be sure to accept the InMail and follow the link to schedule your phone introduction.
Assessment
Applicants who receive a response will be asked to complete an assessment as part of our interview process. This can be completed before or after your phone introduction. This assessment lets us get to know a bit more about you and is used as a part of our interview and onboarding process.
For the best experience, we strongly recommend you complete the assessment using a computer or tablet, not a mobile device.
What Should I Prepare
Be ready to discuss your prior roles and what led you to them or led you to leave them. Spend time reviewing our job description. If you're experienced in staffing, prepare to discuss your prior goal achievement. If healthcare staffing is new for you, be prepared to share examples of your recent success and achievement. We want to hear about your accomplishments from work, school and more!
Phone Introduction
Our phone introductions are scheduled for 45 minutes and completed using Microsoft Teams audio.

Next Steps
Your information will be sent to our leadership team for review. Our hiring team will be in touch within 5 business days to let you know if you were selected to move forward to our video interview stage via Microsoft Teams.
