Connect healthcare providers with temporary assignments, managing relationships and coordinating all aspects of locum placements.

- Call providers to determine their suitability for locum tenens assignments, develop relationships and qualify them for positions
- Negotiate rates and assignment details
- Collaborate internally with business development and account management teams to develop and execute a customized staffing fulfillment strategy for healthcare facilities
- Provide ongoing management and development of personal provider scheduling, candidate submittals and maintain forecast accuracy
- Maintain data integrity in the CRM system
Business Development
Network with healthcare facilities to understand their temporary staffing needs and provide comprehensive locum tenens solutions.

Account Manager
Cultivate client relationships as their primary contact, managing job orders and uncovering new opportunities.

- Cultivate contracted client relationships by being their primary point of contact, booking providers and servicing open job orders as well as generating new job orders
- Hold frequent meetings with clients to provide updates on current needs and uncover new needs
- Collaborate internally with recruiters and travel team
- Upsell and cross sell when opportunities arise
- Maintain data integrity in the CRM system
Building Long-Term Careers
Our permanent placement team connects healthcare organizations with physicians and advanced practitioners for lasting relationships. This work is strategic, relationship-driven, and focused on finding the perfect long-term fit.
Contingent Account Manager
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their strategic needs and connecting them with the right talent.

- Communicates with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs
- Collaborates with recruiters in identifying qualified providers to refer to client openings
- Presents candidates to clients and acts as main point of contact to facilitate placement of candidate
- Develops client accounts and identifies new provider opportunities with current clients
- Generates new business through prospecting, marketing candidates, assertive follow-up on client leads, referrals and other sales initiatives
- Negotiates appropriate fees and payment terms with new and existing clients
- Stays abreast of leading industry trends, competitive salary information and recruiting best practices
Contingent Recruiter
Build relationships with physicians and advanced practitioners, guiding them through the entire placement journey from first contact to acceptance.

- Assesses candidates to ensure motivation, experience, and qualifications
- Sales process: ability to persuade, manage objections, and close the recruiting process
- Identify, contact, interview and screen candidates for current open opportunities via cold calling, leads, applications and JobScience utilization
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates
- Partner with Account Manager to gain a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process
- Continuously and consistently build candidate pipeline by leveraging proactive sourcing and recruiting methods
- Manage the candidate experience, draft presentation narrative, create draft of candidate project, coordinate phone introduction to client, schedule and coordinate interviews with candidate, pre/post interview conversation, contract negotiation and close/acceptance of job
- Enters and tracks all activity and/or candidate data in JobScience database
Retained Business Development
Drive new business by identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and closing search engagements.
