Your Day to Day
- Meet assigned production goals
- Identify, engage and close new and ongoing search business
- Develop strategic business alliances through organizations and partners
- Build new business through electronic and phone outreach
- Negotiate contract terms
- Maintain data integrity in the CRM system

Healthcare Staffing:
Prior experience in recruitment or sales roles, preferably in a service-oriented industry
Experience:
Experience in selling services or products, preferably in a business-to-business context
Goal Oriented:
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and bringing in new business
Education:
College degree preferred but not required
Remote:
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fully remote work setting is preferred
Systems:
Experience working in a database (CRM, applicant tracking system, etc.) and solid computer skills (MS Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel)
Locations:
Must reside in one of the following states CT, FL, GA, KY, MA, MO, MS, TX, CO
