Account Managers at ARR Healthcare manage and cultivate contracted client relationships to manage the day to day needs of the business.

Your Day to Day
- Meet assigned gross profit and KPI goals
- Cultivate contracted client relationships by being their primary point of contact, booking providers and servicing open job orders as well as generating new job orders
- Hold frequent meetings with clients to provide updates on current needs and uncover new needs
- Collaborate internally with recruiters and travel team
- Upsell and cross sell when opportunities arise
- Maintain data integrity in the CRM system

Healthcare Staffing:
Staffing experience is required, healthcare staffing industry experience is a plus
Experience:
A strong background in phone sales, account management, and building a book of business is highly valued
Goal Oriented:
Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Education:
College degree preferred but not required
Remote:
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fully remote work setting is preferred
Systems:
Experience working in a database (CRM, applicant tracking system, etc.) and solid computer skills (MS Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel)
Locations:
Staff must reside in one of the following states - CO, GA, FL, KY, MA, MO, MS, NH, TX
