Business Development Executives at ARR Healthcare are relied upon to build relationships with healthcare facility decision makers to identify, develop and close business.

Your Day to Day
- Meet assigned gross profit and KPI goals
- Research and network a territory to generate leads with hospitals, physician groups and clinics
- Negotiate contract terms, rates, and assignment details to provide a comprehensive staffing solution for locum tenens coverage
- Support all stages of the recruiting and scheduling process
- Maintain data integrity in the CRM system

Healthcare Staffing:
Familiarity with the healthcare staffing industry is preferred
Experience:
Prior experience in phone sales, cold calling, and high-volume call environments preferred
Goal Oriented:
Demonstrated history of success in sales and prospecting
Education:
College degree preferred but not required
Remote:
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fully remote work setting is preferred
Systems:
Experience working in a database (CRM, applicant tracking system, etc.) and solid computer skills (MS Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel)
Locations:
Must reside in one of the following states – CO, GA, FL, KY, MA, MO, MS, NH, TX
