• Seeking experienced physicians to treat patients in local Skilled Nursing Facilities due to the rapid expansion of services 
• Available locations in St. Charles County, Clayton/Richmond Heights, and Alton, Illinois
• Offering flexible scheduling options and attractive compensation with benefits that include 401K and profit sharing 
• Ideal candidates will be board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics – will consider Emergency Medicine with some post-acute experience
