Enterprise Medical is helping a community health center in northern Indiana find a Family Medicine physician. The group provides primary and preventive care to patients of all ages, regardless of their ability to pay.

Practice

• Work with two primary care physicians and three advanced practice providers
• The clinic is open Monday – Thursday – 8A to 7P; Friday – 8A to 5P; Saturday – 8A to 1P
• See around 22 patients per day.
• Work one late evening per week and one Saturday per month.
• The candidate can work a 4-day workweek
• eClinicalWorks EMR
• Solid financial package ($250K range) with excellent benefits and potential loan repayment.
• Potential to be groomed for Medical Director role.

• A family-friendly community of 3,700 with good schools and reasonably priced real estate.
